Ouestionnaire Analysis

The First Question we asked our auidence was:

What is your gender?.

We asked 15 people to participate in our questionaire and from the results of the questionnaire we got

5 Males and 10 females that responded. The reason we asked this question is because in gender is very important in film making and our aim  was to find out what gender is more likely to be attracted to the genre and synopsis. Even though the genre is a hybrid of action and thriller, from stereotypes males are most likely to watch it the genre ; however from the questionaire analysis, females were more responsive therefore it shows it the genre can appeal to both genders.

The next question we asked the auidience was:
 What is your favourite film genre?

 The reason for asking this question was because if we did'nt know the genre an auidence likes, then we wouldnt know how to appeal to them what conventions would fit the film and whether they would watch the movie. So the question we asked the auidence is 'What is your favourite genre?', and from the results 
 2 people said Thriller, 4 people said Comedy,4 people said Horror and 5 people said Action.

The next question we asked was:
How many films do you watch per month?      


This question was mainly to know the amount of movies people watch within a month.
5 people ticked the 5-10 films per month box and  10 pepople ticked the 1-5 films per month box

Q5. On which platform do you watch films? cinema, TV etc.

       - 8 people watch movies only at the cinemas

       - 7 people watch movies on TV and internet

Q6. What is your favourite action/thriller movie?      
       - 6 people said 'rush hour 3'

       - 4 people said 'die hard'

       - other enteries were, salt,catch me if you can, the eye, bone collector

Q7. Why do you like this particular film?      
- Everyone said they liked the movies because they had alot of action and thrilling scenes.

Q8.  Proposal :

A young, troubled man scavenges around to deliver a mysterious bag to an unknown source. However many other curious people are being told to retrieve the same bag. The contents are uknown, but why is the bag so important? what's in the Bag?

we asked people to read this proposal and tell us what they thought about it and to rate it out of 10. 1 being bad and 10 being interseting most commom results that came up was        
         - very interesting   

         - good story

         - good action

         - makes reader curious

We had all posetive feedback and all ratings were over 5/10.

We asked these questions to find out our target audiance to see what  people liked.
we found out that the majority of people our age liked action, comedy and horror movies. This is important to us because our film genre is within this catogory of what people liked therfore we knew we had a good audiance.

we are going to improve our film by adding more action as the feedback we got people mentioned that they wanted alot of action scenes.
